In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Large charming holiday home on the edge of the mountain with a lovely view of the Storsjö area. In the house, there are all the amenities that make the accommodation easy and pleasant. In winter, it is a stone's throw to the ski slope and access to cross-country ski trails as well as snowmobile trails in absolute proximity. During the summer season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 minutes' drive away with a wide range of activities. After a day of activities, it's nice to relax in the Jacuzzi on the balcony.

The cottage was built in 2012/2013 and is a genuine timbered cottage with a ground floor, loft and a large porch. The cottage is a total of 95 m2 with 10 beds, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a loft with 4 beds. Dining area for 10 people and TV with Canal Digital's selection. Fully equipped kitchen. I Gräftåvallen huserar Sveriges största skidklubb och i direkt anslutning till stugan finns 45 km preparerade skidspår. I stugan finns allt som behövs för skid- och fjällsemester med stora sällskapsytor, kamin och bastu. Sommartid är det bara att gå direkt upp på fjället och vandra. Du har nära till bad och fisk möjligheter.

Here, 6-8 people can live cozily and luxuriously with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, sauna, quiet hot tub, drying cabinet, washing machine, 2xTV and Wifi. Free parking is just outside the entrance. Shower and toilet are both upstairs and next to the sauna downstairs. In the event that the pool is out of service, no rent reduction will be paid.
