We stayed at this great place for the 2nd time and it was definitely not the last time. Anna is a super hostess and you immediately feel very comfortable. The place is an oasis of peace and you can relax. Anna was always available and check-in is straightforward and independent. Dear Anna, thank you for everything and see you next time. Christine is very available to organize her trip, responsive to messages and good advice. The house is in a quiet green hillside without being too far from Semriach but you should not go wrong! Very nice setting and house as described. See you next year.

Thank you! We felt very comfortable. :) The place is very attractively furnished, we were provided with all the information we needed in advance. The hosts were easily accessible and quickly helped us with wifi, etc.

We had a really nice few days at the lake – the house is super equipped and you really have everything you need to feel comfortable. The view of the lake is simply fantastic, and with sauna and hot tub, no wish remains unfulfilled even in terms of relaxation and variety. We particularly liked the many tips for excursions in the area – both in the house and directly from the host, who was really totally warm and helpful. Everything was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared. We will definitely be happy to come back 😊✨

Christine is a wonderful host. She has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. It is spacious and the views are phenomenal. The location is a dream; it is peaceful and like a picture yet close to city centre. Christine is a warm and friendly person and we felt at home.

Goran's place is perfect if you just want to relax. In the middle of nature, you can only hear the insects and birds and have a beautiful starry sky at night. The place has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, it was clean and you felt right at home. Not far from the property you can do nice little hikes or just linger in the garden all day. We also thank you for making our dog very welcome!

Our vacation was just great! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a very nice location. The service was first-class – always friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Special thanks and greetings to Katharina's parents. The communal barbecue was a nice communal exchange. Without asking, we received an extra room due to our group size. Thus, everyone had their own bed and some privacy. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The combination of comfort, service and the beautiful surroundings made this vacation a very nice experience. A clear recommendation, also as a group!
