The Bothy is a semi-detached cottage which offers open plan accommodation for couples in Norfolk who want to have a hideaway for two. This unique setting is combined with attention to detail to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This period cottage is situated at the end of the owners house which is surrounded by fields and woodland. So the deer are often in the garden. There is a large car parking area in front of the cottage and the cottage has its own access. As you walk into the well equipped kitchen, you will see the dining area.

Although only 2 miles from the market town of Dereham, with all its amenities, it is the ideal spot for unwinding after a busy day visiting Norwich (20 mins), the Broads (30 mins) or the North Norfolk coast (40mins). Such a beautiful room, kitchen, all of the spaces... Light, elegant, clear. Paul was helpful and kind. The room faces a busy street with plenty of amenities but I found the windows good at keeping any noise out, so best of both worlds. Loved looking at Paul's beautiful flower garden. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great stay over Easter weekend, nice fields to walk dogs around, house was big enough for 6 adults and 3 dogs, fire was lively once lit, house was warm and well equipped, nice bit of garden to let dogs out in which is enclosed so they can’t run away, comfy beds and lovely place to stay, buses run through to get onto to go into Norwich town centre for £6 return, pub in the next village over was about 40 minute walk or 5-10 min drive, The Honingham Buck, the roast dinner was amazing. Thank you.
