Dream house with a courtyard in the middle of Butzbach

On my parents' property, next to our house, there is a lovely two-room apartment with a separate entrance. Our guests can feel at home in the approximately 50 square metres. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a living room and a bedroom with a soft double bed (1.40 x 2 m). In the living room, a sofa bed offers enough space for two more people. There is also a courtyard with many seating options for shared use.

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.
