It's our first stay in this great cottage. There is nothing missing and we were very impressed by the friendly welcome for people and animals and immediately felt at home. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Our landlords were always available for us and very friendly. The location is awesome, especially for us city people it was a highlight to wake up /have breakfast. Here you can find peace and time to slow down. We took many hikes in the area with our dogs and will certainly not have been here for the last time.

Everything was perfect for us, a very well-kept, lovingly furnished house with a fantastic garden. The house and the garden invite you to linger. In the area you can do many great hikes. Annette always responds very quickly and kindly. Thank you for having us as your guests.

We felt completely comfortable in Uta's cottage! Communication with Uta was great. The accommodation is super quiet on the edge of the village - perfect for really switching off. Inside, everything you need is there: a small, well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa with TV - everything to make you feel at home. Beautiful walking paths start right outside the door. Our highlight was the completely fenced (dog-proof!) garden. There, our furry friend could run around freely, play or doze in the grass. Everything was there for the dog (dog blanket for the sofa, food/water bar, garden hose and towels). From the terrace, you have a great view of the greenery - ideal for letting your thoughts wander or enjoying the sunset. In short: For us, the perfect accommodation to unwind and simply let your mind wander - far away from the hustle and bustle, neighbours and everyday stress.

It was perfect for our group of friends! The accommodation alone with numerous possibilities (saunas, bathtub, pool table, garden, super-equipped kitchen, television, books,...) has ensured so much for eventful days that we would have liked to stay much longer to explore the area more (e.g. the charming Allstadt and the beautiful rural possibilities for walking, etc.). The house was so large and cozy that everyone had their own space when they needed it, but we could also keep ourselves perfectly busy in the group. Was a great vacation!

A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. The check-in worked wonderfully, the communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

I spent a very relaxed and quiet weekend at home with my dog. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Especially great for running with the dog is the forest right outside the front door. Communication with Lotta was straightforward and always friendly and courteous. I'd be happy to come back!

The accommodation was completely clean on arrival and the beds neatly made. Almost everything speaks for itself. The centre is within walking distance and if you walk down the driveway you have a view of Winterberg. Olaf was very kind and offered us a place to store the mountain bikes. All in all, it was great!

Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house,cozy but everything present, fenced terrace , ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to make , really recommended

We stayed with 5 people for a long weekend in Pia's Wiesencharlet and. It was just great!

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

Even on the way there, we were delighted by the quiet, green surroundings. Thanks to the exact description we received before check-in, we quickly and easily got into the accommodation and were very impressed with the modern style of furnishings and the great view. The apartment has panoramic windows in both directions, the lush forest offers pure relaxation for the eyes and soul. We liked to sit in the loggia and listen to the forest sounds and sunbathe with a coffee. The bathroom has a nice rain shower. We also visited the sauna and pool, everything was perfect and we were even the only ones, probably because it is actually a winter sports area. We are a family with a baby and a small poodle and felt very comfortable, so we actually didn't want to leave. The host is also very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. All around great - we will recommend this accommodation and will be happy to come back.

We were in this beautiful holiday home for an extended weekend with 13 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super satisfied and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The stream was a particular highlight. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great girls weekend at the accommodation. Kristina welcomed us super nicely and we felt extremely comfortable! To our joyful surprise, there was also a great coffee machine including beans, which was not at all clear from the advertisement. In general, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired! The checkout was also super uncomplicated. We will definitely come back. ☺️Thank you for everything!

We were 7 people staying with Irina. The house was clean, has a great view and offers plenty of space. The house was wonderfully equipped with an eye for detail - we lacked nothing. We will be happy to come back!

We were there for a week and enjoyed every day. Super cute cottage with a wonderful view of the valley. We had everything we needed. The atmosphere in the cottage was so nice and cosy. If we had had more time, we would probably have stayed longer. Communication with the host was also great. A very warm person. We can recommend this cottage to everyone. You should only be on foot as it is very nice and quiet on the slope 😊

Absolutely fantastic and well worth every penny. The chalet is wonderfully and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is top modern and absolutely perfectly equipped. There is absolutely not a single detail that is not perfect. We will come back and recommend the chalet to anyone looking for a top accommodation! Rarely booked such a perfect AirBnB. 100 points

Owner super friendly, if you have questions they are quick to reach. Beautifully developed living space and a large terrace. A quiet place and not far from the lake, you can spend your time there very well and enjoy.

Relaxing short weekend in a beautiful location Silvia is a very accommodating and helpful host. We had a quick one in the morning and she really immediately sent a handyman over who got the heaters and the wifi back in. We were even allowed to check in earlier and stay longer🙏🏼. The apartment is located in a unique location directly in nature. We were able to start with both dogs right from the front door. Beds were very comfortable. We slept very well in the fresh linens. The stay was great. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the kitchen was super equipped, so cooking was a lot of fun!

We spent a very nice long weekend in the Old Forsthaus and were very enthusiastic about the apartment, in which nothing was missing (especially in the kitchen) and everything is visually so beautifully coordinated that you could only feel comfortable. We also particularly liked the garden and the location on the edge of the forest. You can start a hike directly, e.g. to the Dalheim Monastery or on the forest adventure trail. Helen's mother welcomed us very warmly and quickly answered and supported us with small questions. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area, it is a very relaxing place. This was the second stay in Carina's beautiful apartment and certainly not the last. The kitchen equipment is very high quality with pots from Le Creuset and so is the whole interior. The sea is just a stone's throw away and there is a parking space at the house. Those who are very sensitive to traffic noise may be particularly bothered by the motorcyclists, but unfortunately you can hear them almost everywhere in the area. The bedroom is at the back, so it is very quiet at night. Overall, a holiday apartment to feel good and relax!
