Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Du hast die Straßenbahn 3 Minuten entfernt. In die Stadt kannst du aber auch super laufen und bist dort in 10 Minuten. Ein Rewe, Edeka und DM sind fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Main, wo du toll spazieren, joggen oder Rad fahren kannst, ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet dir ein großes Bett und ein weiteres das im Wohnzimmer errichtet werden kann. Küche, Bad und Badewanne. Alles was du brauchst.

Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

You can get a refreshment from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italians, Indians or Turks spoil you on site.
