Top renovated cottage with large pool in prime location on Nikolaushöhe in Würzburg. A beautiful, unobstructed view of the city, a few kilometers to the city of Mitte. The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

We stayed in Würzburg for a weekend. The apartment is located just outside the center, but this is easily accessible by public transport. Online check in/out was very easy. The size of the apartment was optimal for 3 people, a double bed and a sleeping couch are available. The entire house and apartment were very clean. The amenities were good, we lacked nothing. Bed linen and towels were also provided. We also liked the furnished terrace and the view. The surroundings are pleasantly quiet as the house is located in a residential area. We would definitely come back for a weekend!

The place is really in a great location. You can walk through the vineyards to Marienburg and then continue into the city. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the castle. In the accommodation we had everything we needed and it was clean. The check-in went well and Nicole sent us a lot of helpful information for our stay beforehand. Unfortunately, the curtains/blinds could not cover the entire windows or were translucent, so you were woken up by the sun a little earlier than desired, otherwise everything was great and I would recommend the accommodation.
