House was overall nice and located in a good area which was very quiet. Only issue we had was the master bedroom would get very cold. We reached out to the host and they were very responsive and were able to get us a heater in the meantime. We definitely appreciated our stay there.

I was in Hobbs for work, wanted to find a place, this is a cozy comfortable place to rest your head after a long day. The couch was also very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back in the future, and would recommend!

Mike was a great host and would highly recommend to others who are looking for a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood.

Nia was very nice and easy to work with. Will definitely stay again. My kids were in town for spring break and it was perfect for us

El lugar fue perfecto para nuestro fin de semana, cuenta con todas las comodidades, la privacidad y tranquilidad del lugar, fue lo mejor. Sin duda el burro fue el mejor anfitrión😉 muy tranquilo y amigable, Catarina siempre amable y pendiente de lo que necesitábamos, será nuestro lugar favorito ❤️ para las siguientes visitas.
