Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Hòa Vang

Excellent appartment, easy check-in with locker code, cosy, not too big, all facilities that we needed.

This is the best airbnb I have stayed in Vietnam! Hong is beyond welcoming and shows incredible hospitality. She made my partner and I breakfast each morning I stayed. The room itself is perfect, spacious and very big bathroom. Her family is so Nice and loves to have conversations, they have great English skills. She has 2 very sweet dogs they are the cutest little animals. In the next years I will definitely be back! Best host ever!

I spent 4 weeks at Eden Plaza and can honestly say that it was an overall pleasant experience. The on-site facilities, exceptional hygiene standards, and friendly and responsive customer service made the experience both enjoyable and comfortable. Also, very conveniently located next to a military museum. My 1-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and exactly what I wanted! Special thanks to Tai in the Leisure area for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay, Hotel Manager Tuan, Bao and the entire team at the front desk and the housekeeping team. I would definitely recommend Eden Plaza to anyone visiting Da Nang.

This is one of those AirBnB's which actually felt like a home and not a hotel. Had a wonderful stay at Anh's place. The house is setup up in a very thoughtful way and all the interior decoration makes you feel very cozy and warm. The kitchen is stocked with all essential utensils to cook meals. The place is tucked away in a alley not too far from the main road and is very quiet. There are many small eateries and coffee shops nearby. The place is walkable from the Dragon Bridge and located quite close to major sites of DaNang. Anh is a wonderful host and communicated clearly. She's always ready to answer any questions and help with any requests. She helped me arrange to rent a bike right from the convenience of the house and went above and beyond to cater to requests. I honestly did not expect her to help with all the requests but she was very approachable and proactive; overall a wonderful host! Will definitely stay here again when I return

Had a great stay in Thanh's place, location is great and had the essentials for you to have a comfortable stay. Thanh was very friendly and accommodating, he gave us some great tips for our trip also.

I came back to Korea and now I'm leaving a review. After leaving everything, kimmy is the best host I experienced kindness that I have never experienced anywhere else. So let's talk about the place I'll tell you exactly what I felt First of all, I was a little worried because the location was difficult to display accurately. But they picked me up and drove me in person, so there was no problem. You have to go slightly into the alley, but the road is clean and quiet because it is a residential area. The location itself is in the center of Da Nang, so you can walk to all the famous restaurants, massage shops, currency exchange, and Pink Cathedral. In fact, the worst thing about the trip is the travel time, but this accommodation reduces those worries in half. It's a residential area, so it would be more suitable for those who want to rest comfortably as a family than those who play until late hours. The bedding was really soft, so it was nice. There was a smell of dry bedding like that. There is one bathtub on the 3rd and 4th floors (two look similar), and if you like a bathtub bath, it's easy to enjoy. I couldn't use it. Let's talk about the regrets. Maybe it's because it's a place where you live with slippers (flakes), so I wasn't kidding about the soles of my feet. I cleaned up roughly, but if you live barefoot, it would be nice to clean the floor a little. And he gave me a box of a box of heineken, so I had a really good meal. I only ate one can of beer. It has pros and cons everywhere, but it has much more advantages than disadvantages. Most of all, kimmy, this is awesome. If I come again next time, the accommodation is definitely here. I want to be able to highly recommend it to my acquaintances ~ ~

was cozy and comfortable place to stay 3 family ( inc dog). Very modernized, and great location to go here and there. I was sorry that only stay 2 nights at there. If we come once again, will gonna stay here as much as longer. Even more we bring our dog at there, there wasn't any restrictions to stay with. that was most awesome part. Ah,FYI during the evening hours when many people are using water, the water pressure may temporarily decrease.

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.
