Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Arne is a great host, very friendly, super uncomplicated. His house is a joy for all who enjoy aesthetic clarity and love wood. The location at the edge of the field - a pleasant view into the distance. House and furnishings of absolute top quality; the kitchen is almost more complete than our own at home. The guest's comfort has been thought of in detail (from fresh flowers everywhere to cling film in the kitchen drawer). The lovingly landscaped garden invites you to relax; everything has been thought of here too. There is a lot to discover in Neuburg and the surrounding area, and with Arne, you can easily find out what you want to do. What we needed and were looking for, Arne exceeded with ease.

The small apartment is stylish and lovingly furnished and is located in a beautiful, quiet environment. Ideal for short hikes or walks. Everything was very clean. The terrace with a view of the garden is also particularly beautiful. Peter is a very likeable host and can give good tips about the stay. He was always approachable, very pleasant and friendly. All in all, a great place to feel really comfortable on holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandra's place. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay, and Alexandra was very helpful. The area is lovely and only a short walk to the old town and nature areas. Also for remote workers the internet was very fast and stable.

The unit was newly renovated and suprisingly spacious. It was nicely decorated with furnishings and complete amenities. we appreciate the coffee maker and ample supply of coffee beans and sugar, milk. our stay was comfortable and we have everything wgat we needed. short walk with the bus stop and park with great playground.
