We had a great experience at Dani's place. The unit was furnished with everything we needed and was in an ideal location within walking distance to downtown. Everything was very clean and the description and pictures were 100% accurate. It was a super nice place and we would definately stay again should we return to the area.

John and Barbara's place was great! My family and I had a great time in St Augustine and part of it was finding this place. Was very close to go walking to restaurants, shops and museums. They were responsive to questions and helpful.

I had a very nice stay at the Peach studio. It was just like the photos. Comfortable bed, too. The location was extremely convenient, easy to access everything in St. Augustine. The studio was clean and had everything I needed, and I hope to stay there again on my next visit. Brandon was very helpful and nice.

I was so impressed with the attention to detail. White noise device in each bedroom. Full length mirror in one bedroom. Colorful and bright decorating. Very organized and just the right amount of stuff. Loved this little place. Will definitely go back.

We went for our honeymoon and everything was wonderful. Ten minutes to beautiful beaches. Ten minute walk to historic downtown and restaurants. Beautiful apartment was perfect.

Super cute place and easy three minute walk to the beach. The beach was super private. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was very generous with all of the amenities provided, such as the beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Perfect for a couple. St. augustine beach is beautiful and the downtown area is so fun. This is a perfect place to stay for a week!

My husband and I loved this quaint, quiet location near the marsh and across from a historic mission. It’s within a very reasonable walk to downtown St. Augustine, the fort and fun restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great list of activities and restaurants which helped plan our week. The neighborhood felt safe and as enjoyed walks near the marsh and seeing historic homes. We had plenty of amenities to cook breakfast and have a comfortable stay.

Great location and beautiful home. A little noisy at night with cars driving by but ear plugs helped.

A beautiful, clean and unique space. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were really nice. The master bedroom and bathroom were so much nicer than the description implies, it was a nice surprise. We loved the porches too. It is located in a perfect spot to enjoy what St Augustine has to offer. You could vaguely hear the restaurant below, but it wasn't bothersome. The street noise could be a little loud at times, but it did not take away from this amazing space, it is all part of the city's character. We absolutely recommend this space for anyone wanting to enjoy the downtown area.

We loved staying at Amy's! The apartment was an easy walk into town and saved us from dealing with limited parking options. The home was clean, spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The place is also less than 10 minutes away from gorgeous beaches! Having a hose in the backyard to wash off the sand before entering the home was an added perk. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc are also nearby. Amy was friendly, responsive, and overall a great host. St. Augustine is a charming coastal town with plenty to do in the town itself and its surrounding areas. Would definitely come back and stay at Amy's again!

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

I highly recommend this booking!! You can't beat the location, as everything is in walking distance. It is exactly as described, and has the charm I love about St. Augustine. The host was responsive and helpful, and check- in/instructions were easy to follow. I will definitely be booking again for our next visit!

Rachel was very responsive and her place was very accurately described! All of which was very appreciated and made for a stress free trip!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was everything we needed for a few nights in St. Augustine for us and our baby. Beth was very nice about letting our Pug come along as well. The only things that need fixing up are the fan in the living room that’s broken, the TV in the bedroom wasn’t paired to the remote provided, and the bed was comfortable but a little sunken in on the left side (it looks like the box spring was stuck to the metal frame). Would still recommend and might stay again in the future when we return.

They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

This place was exactly what we needed! Steve was so responsive and helpful. He even let us stay a little longer so the kids could enjoy the pool more before we left. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were also plenty of extra linens and pillows which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and we felt extra secure with the neighborhood being accessible through a guarded security gate. There are lots of great food options around. 10/10 would recommend.

great location for a relaxing beach weekend. only one block from the beach, about a 3 min walk! hot tub was a great addition. only about 20 min from downtown. no additional toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper & limited trash bags but the host discloses this before arrival. didn’t use the hot plate but it’s there in replacement of a stove/oven. great stay overall!

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

This is THE PLACE for families. Tons of families with kids we're staying at this condo association, so our children easily found playmates. There's food trucks that come on site during the day and a large field between the pool and the condo buildings where kids congregate after dinner to play games, watch movies, and play music. The pool, field, and playground are all viewable from the balcony. Easy boardwalk to the beach. The condo was perfect for a beach stay- large covered balcony, and master bed was very comfortable.

Our stay was easy to check in! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The unit was clean and comfortable! I would recommend this to anyone who loves the beach and exploring the beautiful city of St Augustine!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Salty Breeze Retreat to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay near the beach! We traveled with our mother in law and kids (a 4 year old and 6 month old) and it was perfect for our family! Very safe and accommodating for kids with the high chair, pack n play & sand toys! We walked to the beach every day and went to the pool which was really nice and private. Natalie was very responsive when I asked questions. They provided some toiletries, snacks & coffee which we really appreciated. We would love to come back! Just go ahead and book, it’s perfect!
