It's also less than 2 minutes from some of the BEST places to swim / launch a kayak into the gorgeous Smith River. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Tucked away in a very quiet safe location . Your room and courtyard is attached to the garage but private and separate from our home next to it. Only .3 of a mile to the boat ramp, Zolas, Fat Irish, Hwy 101 and Port of Brookings boardwalk. Queen bed, private toilet and shower. Room is 215sq ft, please note the coffee maker, fridge is in the bathroom area, please only book if you’re ok with this. Park right outside your room. Thx

Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, Beach Front Park, the light house and the Harbor. All within walking distance. This is one of the oldest districts in Crescent City with craftsman style and Victorian houses. Charming. Bring your bikes, we have some great bike paths.

Welcome to Serenity Garden where you will find the Cottage situated amongst tranquil Redwoods. Enjoy this cozy 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom cottage. Just outside your door you will find a manicured 3-acre blissful escape from the hustle of life. Explore old growth redwood stumps, watch birds and pollinators work in the sun, and close your eyes to absorb the sound of the waterfall at the pond. Pick fresh berries or fruit when it is in season, and enjoy soaking up the peace.

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.
