Perfect stay. Cabin was pristine & picturesque, with really helpful instructions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rural getaway.

The Chocolate Box Cottage is literally just that - right out of a photo on a box of chocolates and lived up to the expectations. Amanda was a great host, from her initial communication, giving us early access to drop our bags off, exceptionally accomodating with our requests, checking in with us whilst we were at the Cottage and even making sure we had made it home safe. And the (many!) little touches upon arrival including a hamper with goodies, continental breakfast, drinks in the fridge, & so on really helped elevate the stay for us. And the bench at the Telephone Box Library opposite helped stretch out sitting in the sunshine enjoying drinks well into the evening sunset :-). The village the cottage is in is beautiful, tiny and exceptionally peaceful with a great pub and coffee shop both within a very quick 10 mins walking distance. And the surrounding villages have pretty much everything else you would need. A lovely stay, and would happily return.

Absolute lovely 4 days stay at the cottage! Great customer experience, cosy and elegant decoration, blooming garden, nice attention with products already available in the kitchen ( fresh milk, beers..) and grocery at hand if needed. Rooms, towels, bath products, all in high quality and quantity. Dyson hairdryer in the room, Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Great wifi. Heater made us warm in less than an hour. 2 keys to ease our team handling in and out. Handy Parking place at 20 meters. I recommend The eagle tavern for the divine food and the breakfast at the closest bakery in Ashbury( 4 km). Fiona was pro active and reactive and her kind support has been really appreciated all along our stay. Many very good advises and recommendations to target the right meal places and villages ranking! Do not hesitate to book the place : it’s a british heaven!

Thank you Jenna for a lovely stay! Nothing was too much to ask and Jenna was super helpful and friendly. We visited as a little get away for my partners birthday and Jenna helped to decorate the living area with a banner and balloons! Was nice little surprise. Thank you again - we felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was perfect for our stay, fantastic amenities and it was spotless. A real home away from home. The extra special touches made for a memorable stay. Bill was the ideal host - thoughtful, proactive and responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful place! Highly recommended. Note that if you cannot navigate the cute spiral staircase may not be for you.. so well stocked with snacks water etc. in arrival welcome basket. The best I have had. Loved it!

Charles’ annex was the perfect spot for a weekend away. My partner and I just stayed at the annex for the Easter weekend and had a lovely time. The Annex: The Annex itself was great, it surpassed our expectations and was bigger than we had anticipated. The kitchen had all you needed, teas, a coffee machine, sink, crockery, pots and pans etc. He also has a portable induction hob which was great and doesn’t take up too much space. The bathroom was spotless and clean towels and shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash was provided. The living room area was cosy with a TV and desk area and a comfy sofa. The upstairs bedroom area was again cosy and had all you could need for a short stay. Location: The Annex was in a great location and close enough to drive to Swindon, Oxford and further into the Cotswolds. There is a parking space and it was easy to find. Charles gave a useful list of recommendations for walks and local spots to try out, including Badbury Camp which was beautiful.

Jade’s place is as described, cute and quirky, in the lovely village of Liddington. Jade was quick to respond to any inquiries and gave suggestions for activities in the area. She went out of her way to set the flat up to be very welcoming for us. The flat gave us wonderful access to the many walking paths in the area which is what our holiday was all about.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful village; there are plenty of walks straight from the village out into the surrounding countryside. Nice pub just over the road with great food. Nicky made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
