On the upper floor is the bedroom (there are 3 more mattresses here), on the ground floor the living room with oven and dining table, kitchen with washing machine and a bathroom with tub shower. For excursions there are 2 bicycles available in the garden house. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. Price is including incidental costs and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels should be brought along.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulfhaus invites all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) where we live is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian Islands or to the coast just 1.7 km away. Likewise, extensive bike rides can be taken along the North Sea coast or simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and not suitable for pets!
