The apartment is located in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. It is spread over two floors: On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a fitted kitchen, sofa bed and modern bathroom. On the upper floor there is a double bed with TV. The adjoining courtyard can also be used. The city and shopping center "Gleis 4" are within walking distance. Due to the central location, there may be slight traffic noise. Entspanne dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. In Alleinlage neben unserem Bauernhof findet ihr hier eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in der sich auch eine Großfamilie mit Oma und Opa wohlfühlen. Ebenso haben zwei Familien mit Kindern Platz, die sich auf dem anliegenden Spielplatz austoben können. Unsere Haustiere, der Zwergdackel Paule, die Hündin Jule als auch ein paar Hühner begegnen euch ganz sicher auf dem Hof. In nur 20 min seid ihr in Stralsund, Greifswald o. auf Rügen

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. Centrally located. It's about a 5-minute walk to the train station. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get to the city center by bike. The apartment is in a detached house in our garden. You can come and go on your own. The apartment is small but functional. There is no possibility to cook. Checkout please by 12 noon on the departure date
