It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. Naustet er svært smakfullt innredet, og ligger nydelig til rett ved kaien. God kommunikasjon gjør det enkelt å komme til/fra Stavanger og attraksjoner i regionen. Naustet har to brygger og en liten båt, samt supre tur-, bade -og fiskemuligheter. Det ligger sørvest-vendt som betyr mange fine solnedganger. Vi i ferd med å utvikle et koselig og sjarmerende lite sted med bryggeri, kafe og butikk. Du kan bestille ferske varer til frokost, lunsj og middag - alt som serveres og selges er laget her.

Koseleg hytte ved sjøen, med fin utsikt og terrasse mot sør i eit idyllisk område. Passar for par, familiar og vennegrupper. Nærmiljøet byr på fine turområder, som feks Hest og Himakånå. Det er mulig å ta dagstur til Preikestolen og Stavanger. Klatreparken Høyt og Lavt ligg 15 min i bil frå hytta. Det er gode fiskemuligheter fra land og i båt. Båt kan leigast fra mai til september, og to kajakker i sommerhalvåret. Dyr ikkje tillatt. Cozy cabin by the fjord. Perfect for families and friends.

Nedstrand.Hytta ligger like ved stien til Himakånå, og har gode turmuligheter. Eiendommen er inngjerdet, noe som gjør stedet trygt for barn. Stuevinduet har en flott sjøutsikt. Soverom 1 har 2 enkeltsenger. Soverom 2 har 3 soveplasser: 1 køyseng og 1 barneseng med lengde 150 cm. Vær oppmerksom på beitende dyr utfor eiendommen. Gratis parkeringsplass er ca. 150m fra hytta, for å komme opp må du gå en bratt stigning. Trillekoffert er ikke å anbefale da det er grusvei.

Skjoldastraumen er et idyllisk og rolig sted med mulighet for flere aktiviteter og utflukter. Stedet er nok mest kjent for sine saltvannssluser som åpnet i 1908. Saltvannsslusene er de eneste i Norge som fremdeles er i bruk. Sandstranden på Notaflåt ligger sentralt og gir bademuligheter en fin sommerdag. I nærområdet ligger også Straumen skule. Her kan barna leke og spille fotball. Kjører du til Nedstrand finner du ikke ukjente Himakånå. "Straumen er Draumen"

Et rolig område på et småbruk i de norske fjorder, 3 minutter å gå ned til sjøen, en fjord som blant annet er kjent for havørn og fiske. Byggene er nye, satt opp i gammel stil og dere vil disponere to bygg, ‘langhus’ og anneks. Området er også et godt utgangspunkt for turer i fjellet, fiske, Høyt og Lavt klatrepark, Avdalsnes Viking / historie museum med mer. På eiendommen er det lagt til rette for barn og lek. Leiligheten er ca. 70 m2, 3 soverom, bad, kjøkken og stue, bod, entre. Oppvaskmaskin, komfyr, kjøleskap og fryseboks. Leies ut til ordensmennesker, ikke røyk.
