Perfect place for a morning coffee or evening cocktail and take in the beauty of Kalami bay! It is a beautiful traditional guesthouse, with thoughtful decor in all details and spotless everything. If we come back to Gjirokastra we will definitely prefer it!

Excellent stay at Ana's, who was very attentive to us. Gave us plenty of directions and addresses for our stay. Small touches on our arrival (bottles of water and wine) during our stay and even on our departure a wonderful host. The house near the sea offers a very convenient place to park on this island where parking is not easy. What more can I say than that you can go to this accommodation with your eyes closed. 😉😎

Amazing apartment in great location. Surpassed our expectations!

The apartment is located in the middle of a three-house, next to the owners and on the other side a larger holiday apartment. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchenette and a small bathroom, (no living room), and a beautiful terrace accessible via a bedroom with a large table and loungers on the lawn in front. The house is located directly on the steep slope above the sea with fantastic views and the sound of waves. A short detour of only 5 minutes on foot to the magnificent, uncrowded sandy beach. The owners are extremely nice and have constantly given us gifts of salad and oranges from the garden, food, biscuits, etc. Unfortunately, we can't speak Greek, so we mostly used sign language. In 5 minutes on foot there are three restaurants, by car 15 minutes to more touristy places. If you are looking for peace, wonderful views and exceptionally friendly landlords, you are in perfect hands here. THANK YOU!

Just had a quick stay in Sarandë and it completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated with high-end furniture that made the space feel both luxurious and comfortable. The best part? Waking up to a stunning panoramic view of the Ionian Sea right from the balcony. The location was perfect — just steps from a beautiful beach and surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and cafés. Even though it was a short visit, the combination of comfort, style, and scenery made it unforgettable. Definitely coming back for a longer stay next time.

Fabulous apartment for 4 people with a lush outdoor communal area, everything was within walking distance and george was great at communicating! Would absolutely reccomend and we would come back again

Rexhina's place was great. We were hosted by her parents, a lovely wonderful couple, who live next door. They were very kind and accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was remote enough to see the bright stars at night and to go on hikes during the day, yet it was just a short 5 minute drive from the main highway that goes along Albania's coast connecting many cities and smaller sea side towns. I highly recommend this place and the hosts.

Amazing house, very spacious and good location with a supermarket very close. The host was very reactive.

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Great location and parking was a plus. I did day trips to the Blue eye, Gjirokastër one day and the Butrint National Archaeological Park and Ksamil another day. The drives were below an hour. Also within walking distance to explore Sarande.

The Spitaki of Aris was just right for us. A cute little cottage. A little off the beaten path, yet everything was in walking distance. We felt very comfortable. Aris was always available for questions. A super nice host. The weather also played along, so the stay was perfect.

We had wonderful days at the apartment of Hatixhe. It was very cozy and the Terrasse was beautiful with plants :) everything we needed was there . We felt like home :) our highlight were the cats around, all were very cute :) Hatixhe is a very friendly person and we would love to stay there again :)

Altin was very communicative and provided several recommendations for eating out/seeing the sights. The flat was perfect for our stay and set in a lovely garden. The beaches and restaurants/bars are only a short walk away.

We stayed here for 16 days beginning of September 2024. Fabio and his family was a fantastic host helping us with anything we needed to ask about. They also told us about how it is to live in Albania. The apartment was very good and had all the tings we needed and is located 3 min walking distance from the beach and the promenade, where all the restaurents are. Great stay in Sarandë! The apartment is well located, cozy, and very clean. Our host was incredibly warm and welcoming — we truly felt like part of the family. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

Stunning location! a bit tricky to find but we were directed by one of the locals and Adi's mother was there to great us. The rooms were lovely, clean and showers good. Breakfast was prepared by Adi and his mother, and was delicious!

The apartment has a mindblowing view over Corfu and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! However the building is not ready yet and there were construction workers right next to the apartment and some days they were yelling and drilling so loud our baby couldn’t sleep inside. We also heard some noice from drunk neighbours in the middle of the night in the swimming pool.

Simply wonderful! There were enough utensils in the kitchen, the house was very clean and the view from our balcony was wonderful. The location of the house was so good that everything was within walking distance, we didn't even have to take our car out properly. Having a parking lot was also a plus. The only problem was the lack of a hair dryer, but that wasn't a minus for us.

Highly recommend! Was in a quiet spot but still so close to everything

This location is quite close to the center and has direct sea views. We went in the late season (early November). It was therefore very quiet. There are some beach clubs directly on the coast, but we have not been bothered by this due to closure.

The place was very pleasant. There were four of us there, but we could easily have slept comfortably as six. The two bathrooms were particularly advantageous. Communication with Muza also went smoothly, he was quick and easy to reach. The location is also great: only five minutes to the beach promenade. We are completely satisfied!

Great apartment! It is as shown in the pictures, everything was clean and communication with the hostess was very good. The location is also nice, a little quieter in a side street, but still close to the beach and the main shopping street. It had everything you needed and it was also great that there was a parking space. The only thing that was sometimes annoying was that the Wi-Fi was unfortunately not always so good. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend the place!
