Stayed in this air b&b with 3 of my friends for a week in late May and it was perfect. Location was amazing, many beautiful beaches within 10 minutes walking distance. Several local shops to buy all necessary groceries. Many lovely restaurants to choose from all nearby. The apartment was exactly as listed, great kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms and a comfy sofa bed. Great air con! Lediana was such a lovely host and made sure we had everything we needed for our great stay, we hope to be back! Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay in Corfu! Persefoni & Kostas were amazing and always available to assist me with any needs that I had. The room is comfortable, clean, and comes with a GORGEOUS view. I will be back! :)

Very good apartment with great facilities, we felt very comfortable! Particularly noteworthy is the great communication with Persa (she always responded within minutes and gave me lots of helpful tips) as well as the great balcony, extremely large and with such a beautiful view of the sea and lots of comfortable seating furniture. There are lots of small stores, bistros and cocktail bars around the apartment, so it's also a great location! I can only recommend the apartment :)

This is a truly beautiful place that exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and offers a fantastic sea view right from the balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset drink. The building also features a lovely, well-maintained pool that was clean and never too crowded during our stay. One of the highlights was the mini beach located just in front of the building, which made it incredibly convenient to take a quick swim or relax by the water without having to go far. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, views, and direct access to the sea.

Wonderful host We had the opportunity to come with the family and chat for at least 1 hour, and he offered us local honey. They're a very friendly family. Everyone loved help. All of the local advice was very good and nice. Be sure to rate it. We loved it

The apartment is located in the middle of a three-house, next to the owners and on the other side a larger holiday apartment. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchenette and a small bathroom, (no living room), and a beautiful terrace accessible via a bedroom with a large table and loungers on the lawn in front. The house is located directly on the steep slope above the sea with fantastic views and the sound of waves. A short detour of only 5 minutes on foot to the magnificent, uncrowded sandy beach. The owners are extremely nice and have constantly given us gifts of salad and oranges from the garden, food, biscuits, etc. Unfortunately, we can't speak Greek, so we mostly used sign language. In 5 minutes on foot there are three restaurants, by car 15 minutes to more touristy places. If you are looking for peace, wonderful views and exceptionally friendly landlords, you are in perfect hands here. THANK YOU!

Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

I loved staying at Festina’s place. It was very clean and tidy, and I was eternally grateful for the AC. The neighbourhood is very touristy and the apartment looks out on the pool, where very loud music was played until 8 at night. This is out of Festina’s hands of course, but it did impact my stay. Festina herself is wonderful, always at your service and replying quickly.

Would definitely rebook here when possible. This is a great location overall and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The villa was very nice, spacious and perfectly situated in the road to Ksamil. Front row seats to the beautiful Ionian sea and Corfu island. 5 stars!

We had a great time! Would recommend to anyone. Really liked the balcony and was good to be able to use the hotel pool and beach. Close to bakeries, restaurants, and bars. Overall, a great place to stay!

Nice apartment and good accommodation with great sea view and access to pools. Only was given one key for a group of 8 which was inconvenient and no replacement toilet paper

I had a delightful stay at Villa Yiannitsis - starting with the perfect location right on the water with views of the sunset and the Albanian mountains. It was hard to ever want to leave the porch and lounge chairs because of the view! The house is very comfortable, and wonderful to hear the sound of the sea. Lots of restaurants nearby if you walk along the shore, and for me, the hiking nearby was good. I was sad to leave and hope to be back in Corfu. Also, the homemade 🍷 my hosts left for me was wonderful.

We loved staying in the apartment. The view from the balcony was amazing. The place was absolutely gorgeous, the cleaning was outstanding, and the location was perfect. We did have some noisy neighbours next door at first, but other guests told them off, and the nights became quiet ☺️. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Albania.

Access is very well signposted and the hosts help you park. It is a small cabin perched on the mountain with breathtaking views. I had a wonderful stay with a relaxing calm and always this splendid view! I recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful seaside apartment, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views of the sea right from the living room and balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets over the water were absolute highlights of my stay. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The open-plan design and large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, making it feel airy and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the living area is cozy and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights after a day of exploring the nearby beaches. What I also loved was the location. It’s just steps away from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning walks along the shore and quick dips in the ocean. The apartment was different to the one pictured, but absolutely on par or if not better. The view is the same and it’s beautifully furnished and spacious. We loved being so close to the beach. Overall, recommend this stay!
