Incredibly beautiful place! Very hospitable host and family. You can walk to beach and into town (easy walk if you are active, if mobility issues it would be best to drive), we enjoyed the walk! Gorgeous and would love to visit again!

Very pleasant accommodation, really welcoming host and his family, Kevi put us at ease very quickly and even took us to see the city at night! I recommend 100%!!

Authentic Albanian apartment which has huge benefit of parking and easy by car. The terrace has beautiful views. It is also very close to all of the sights on foot - be ready for the hills! If you don’t mind the bedrooms being adjoined, this is a great place to stay.

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Sol was a gracious host, accommodating our delays and helping us find the Airbnb when we were lost and needing to check in at night. The place was clean, comfortable, and roomy, and the balcony and upper level balconies offered superb views of the sea and mountains below. If you have time, you can even BBQ at the top level while enjoying the stunning view. Also, the courtyard on the first floor and exterior was perfect for our two small-ish pups to have a little freedom, although we were the only ones staying at the villa because it wasn’t during peak season. The location is particularly good if you have a vehicle, however there is a convenient market just a two minute walk from the villa, with a surprisingly large selection of goods considering it’s small size. Great value overall for sure! We would definitely stay here again.

Villa Mia was everything and more!! The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the view was breathtaking. We will be back! Thanks for an amazing week in Corfu!!

Athanassia and her parents were incredibly friendly and made us feel like home. We were greeted with a wonderful dinner cooked by Athanassia’s dad and it was such a fantastic, friendly welcome! The place is wonderful. You can never get bored of the beautiful views from every room. It is perfect for 3-4 couples / small families. There was enough space for everyone and we never felt “stuck” with the same people. The pool is such a wonderful addition and a complete must have in hot summer months. We absolutely enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and did cook quite a lot. Swings is a nice addition for families with small kids - it was the main place to hang out. Also the garden is big and has many trees and plants and it was amazing to just roam around and for kids to look for bugs and flowers. They were never bored there and we stayed for 11 nights! Loads of tavernas in 5-10min drive distance. The roads near by are not really for walking so we suggest to use car for commuting. Thank you so much ❤

This was our second visit to this wonderful villa... and I don't really want say how great it is because then it will always be fully booked! A perfect place to relax if you want a quiet time soaking up the sun and idling away the day. It's very peaceful with a gorgeous panoramic view from all three bedrooms and the pool. There are endless little terraces, balconies and corners to laze with a drink, a book, a pack of cards. And if you're happy to tackle the 367 steps, you can get down to a pretty little pebbled cove that feels like your own private beach. There are restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and other beaches within walking distance. One word of warning: because there are stone steps to get to the villa and to go from room to room inside it, this wouldn't be a good place for toddlers or anyone with serious mobility issues.

Very beautiful property and location. Well stocked with food upon check in. Abundant privacy with each bedroom on a different level with its own bathroom. Fotis was very accommodating when we locked ourselves out of the house.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked everything morning with a nice selection. Niko, his wife and the team are great hosts. Made us feel really special and added to a fantastic holiday. Kassiopi is a great destination with great restaurants and quiet bars . Highly recommend

We loved our stay in Sarandë and the apartment was clean, very well located with loads of nice restaurants and cafes around. The sunset from the balcony was amazing.

A fabulous place with stunning views of Albania. Anthony was a great host and very helpful. The property was exactly as described and suited our group of 2 adults and 4 children perfectly. The pool was fantastic and access to the local beaches and bays was easy, both by car and on foot (though a little bit up and down). We would love to return and spend more time here at some point in the future.

Great place with an AMAZING view. Karolos gave us a very warm welcome with a big welcome basket that included local honey, marmalade, wine, cheese etc. He was also very responsive on a messenger throughout our stay which was very helpful. The place itself is very big. Has two separate parts. One which is a lower one, by the pool and it is a studio and the upper one which by itself is a full size house, has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Our favorite place to spend time was the huge terrace where we ate all our meals. It has a nice ceramic grill (Green Egg) which we tried for the first time, worked great, so we used it a lot. You can also use big open air grill by the pool downstairs. During our stay we were also able to pick fresh oranges from nearby trees (on the road leading to the house). I think these were some of the best oranges I ever ate . To sum up our family had an amazing time at Karolos house during our Easter holidays . And that view that I'll never forget... It's magnificent!

A place worth the price and the host is really helpful and kind

We were great staying at Luka's place. The space was clean and as described. The many little cats definitely sweetened our stay! The view described by others is only from the apartments on the upper floors, but you sit very nicely on the small terrace. To get to the center or the beach you have to walk about 15 minutes and the way back can be a bit strenuous in the heat but everything is doable.

It's a 4th floor without elevator access! One of the nicest homes on the site! The accommodation was very nice and very well located. The cleanliness was impeccable. The view is exceptional. We had a water pressure problem in the different taps throughout the stay and there were some missing items. There were NO basic ingredients like salt or oil! There weren't even kitchen knives or a cutting board! We asked for it. There was a coffee machine. NOTHING ELSE! Not even a filter! EVERYTHING seems to be removed after the summer guests leave! ! We received 1 TOILET ROLL for 7 nights! No kitchen towels, no all-purpose towels, no kitchen sponge, no garbage bags. No need to clean!

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

All the great reviews about Beatrice's place are right! The apartment had everything we needed, it was very comfortable and easy to keep cool. So lovely to be able to enjoy the loungers in the garden and then straight out the gate into the sea, with unbelievable views. Beatrice was so helpful in communicating and giving us all the info we needed, leaving treats to enjoy when we arrive and when we left. The flat is in a perfect location, we did not hire a car and had no problem walking to the supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within 10-15 mins from the apartment. There are even some excellent spots to eat and drink right on your doorstep. The food and drink at Seasalt next door is excellent. Thank you Beatrice and we hope to return soon!

Aris’ house was perfect for us!! Achravi (the closest village) has so much to offer and it was beautiful to stay up north far away from the crowds! You definitely need to rent a car and getting up the driveway in a manual is an experience, but if you want to feel secluded in nature but a 5 minute drive away from delicious coffee, restaurants on the beach, and the northern coast— this is the spot for you! Beautiful garden, stunning views, and AC upstairs. Overall, lovely stay!

We had an amazing three-month stay in this apartment as digital nomads. The space is incredibly spacious, with fantastic views that made every day feel special. The working setup was perfect for two people, with fast and reliable WiFi. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, making it feel like home. There is a great grocery store just next door, and only 7 minute walk down the hill, which was also very manageable. On top of that, the host was super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this place for a long-term (or short-term) stay in Saranda!

We have so many happy memories of our time at the cottage. For those with a sense of adventure, it’s a magical place to stay, hidden down a track about a 10min drive from the island’s handful of restaurants. Our 10 and 13year old especially loved bombing around in the beaten up old jeep, while we all appreciated the comfy beds, quirky styling and of course tree platform for star gazing. Calliope and Georgios are warm and friendly hosts, their relaxed way and local tips making our stay that extra bit special. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elona's apartment in Green Coast, and it was an incredible experience! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Elona was a fantastic host, always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Her hospitality made us feel right at home.
