Be at the beach in less then 15 minutes. Central location near the I-5, I-163 & I-8. Because of the hardwood floors, you will hear the footsteps above. Welcome! Our house has an amazing private patio/deck flanked by 9 palm trees. The house has central a/c & heat, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is separate from the rest of the house by the private patio. 2 bicycles with helmets are here as well. The house is located in the Hillcrest neighborhood - easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars of Hillcrest and North Park, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.

Dog friendly in heart of Hillcrest

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.
