We are within 10 minutes to the San Diego International Airport and a quick Uber ride to Downtown, Little Italy. Walk to the heart of Hillcrest, Balboa Park and the Zoo. Be at the beach in less then 15 minutes. Central location near the I-5, I-163 & I-8. Because of the hardwood floors, you will hear the footsteps above. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, the TV room has a queen-sized sofa couch, there's a walk in shower and coffee bar w/refrigerator and microwave.

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

Dog friendly in heart of Hillcrest

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.
