Monthly Rentals in Hillcrest Heights

I can just agree with all the previous reviews. Beautiful house, well equipped. The room was very clean and comfy. It was so quiet that I slept so well. If I come to back to DC, I would love to stay at Derrick’s place again.

Place was great, and she was very accommodating during a medical emergency that I had and was very communicative with family so I really really appreciate that. Centrally located, great place for the money, great host… What else can I say? ?

Stephen was friendly, super responsive, generous and an all around amazing host. His place is so cute, very clean and in an area thats close to the highway and a 15min straight shot drive to the National Mall area. His place definitely provided the homey felling I was looking for during my extended stay.

Amir was an absolutely fantastic host. He is quick to respond, ensures upkeep of his home, has cleaners come by regularly if your a long term tennant like us, and quickly repaired any and all issues we had during our stay (minimum things like door lock batteries were low). Overall, Amir was a great host and we hope to have the opportunity to rent from him again.
