The kitchen and living room are in one large room. Here, too, there is high-speed Internet and Netflix on the TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it on our property at a wallbox.

Im 2 km entfernten Wardenburg gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

Hello! Welcome to Papenburg, the Venice of Germany. Our apartment "Anni" is located in the Papenburg district of Obenende, directly on the canal. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 m² apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
