Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Highland Park

I had a great stay! The location was incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to a shopping center and Target, which made it easy to grab groceries or anything I needed. The area felt safe and accessible, and everything was just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

The place was very nice with a great view of downtown Dallas. Instructions were easy to follow. Would stay again!

Loved the view and the apartment itself was nice! Nice and comfortable to hang out in and the bed is comfy too! Loved all the restaurants nearby and in the building too. We were able to walk to the venue we came to Dallas for. Will come back if we have any events in that area again!

Love staying this the Design District. The folks at Urby were so friendly and helpful. Great vibe. Great locations. Near downtown and just minutes from the Tollway. Super modern and nice apartment. Had everything I needed. Great shower.

Robert’s units were spectacularly clean, nicely decorated & perfect for two couples. He was quick to respond when we needed a new lightbulb & was always available for any questions we had. As advertised, the home has older wood floors which means others can be noticed when walking, but eventually you get used to it (or just bring some ear plugs)! We will definitely be booking this property again for future trips to Dallas!

Very cute and quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Parking is a bit tight but otherwise the listing is as described! I would stay here again.

We really appreciated our stay at Gerhard 's place. The apartment was really convenient with a great kitchen and two very comfortable bedrooms. Only the Internet was a little bit on the slow end but everything was spot on. Gerhard is an excellent host and always there to help you with everything concerning the apartment or anything else you need. Really recommend booking this airbnb!

Cute little bungalow! Close to everything and easy to find!

Sungu's was incredibly accommodating during our remodel due to water damage. We had to extend our stay twice, and their support made the entire experience much less stressful. I frequently have family visiting, and Sungu's will be my preferred place to stay going forward. Thank you, Sungu!

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

This is one of my fav air bnbs I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and perfect if you need to visit friends in Richardson. I will say the dryer and freezer need to be serviced. The dryer turns off automatically every few minutes and the freezer door won't shut which means your food won't stay frozen. Pest control also needs to be called to the property because there were lots of little friends there. But if those services can be made I would recommend this place to anyone! We really enjoyed it.

We had an amazing family weekend. The address was easy to find. The grounds were very well kept. The backyard was a fun place to gather and catch up and the interior was perfect. I don't know who decorated this house but we loved it. The host was easy to get hold of and very responsive. No glitches or problems. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

This was a great place to stay! The house seemed well cared for, and everything was comfortable. We didn't have much need to get in contact with the hosts, but the one time we had a question, they were extremely responsive. They were also proactive about checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! One detail that I would have liked to know, that was not clear from the listing, was that the backyard is not fully fenced in. It wasn't that big of a deal, but we were traveling with small children, and it's nice to have an enclosed outdoor space for them!

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The house was in a great location, a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for what we needed! We would stay here again!

Great location, walkable to Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, yoga, restaurants, ice cream, bars, CVS. I think I used my car two times in the month I was here! Lots of pedestrians and cars, a lot of renovations going on in the area, felt safe walking the neighborhood, though you might run into a few people walking back from the bars at night. Bed was very soft, shower pressure was strong. Having a dedicated parking spot at the back of the house was a huge plus and even though the driveway is long it’s easy to maneuver! I did see a few people get ticketed for street parking, especially on St. Patty’s day, so if you park on the street, just make sure to use the permit! Rusty was easy to communicate with and had good recommendations!

Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Close to local venues and good restaurants. Had a hard time figuring out how to work the thermostat so it was kind of hot, but the place was clean, easy to find, and just as described!

It was very convenient, easy to get everything I needed and get everywhere I wanted to go. Brooke was proactive and checked in to see how everything was going. A great value!

We had a great time in Dallas and stay at Christine’s place. She was extremely responsive and we loved how we could walk to the restaurants in Lower Greenville. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in at an Airbnb and she had anything we could think of.

LOVED staying here! We had a last minute cancellation from another host and we were having to find somewhere to accommodate us super quickly from flying in that next morning with our daughter who had local medical appointments and they were SO accommodating and helpful in getting us booked quickly! This place is so clean, really quiet area and super friendly hosts! We will be back next time we’re in Texas!
