Stan was incredibly responsive. He answered immediately when we had some issues checking in. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Fantastic location- walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, beach, Santa Monica pier. Great communication and very clear instructions. Check in and check out was very easy. It’s an older building but well maintained. Could use some extra towels and waters for the apartment so provided that feedback which they appreciated and were very responsive to. Great hosts. Would stay here again and recommend!

Excellent location, walkable to excellent restaurants, pier, very clean & tidy apartment. We had trouble entering apt, but host was very responsive & quick in solving the problem.

Beds are super comfortable.

Our family of three stayed 5 nights at Michael's place and it was wonderful experience! Everything was just the same as described and the neighborhood was very chill and safe. Also Michael was a very accommodating host!

I loved this studio! It was quiet, comfortable, private and well-provisioned. The bed was super comfortable! It met my all needs. Parking was very convenient. Great value! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and beautiful. The host was very kind and gave us, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. The home had everything we needed — and even more! One of the best parts was the spacious two-car garage — super convenient. Thank you for the great experience!

My son like this place so much, he even asked me if we could stay more😆😆😆 This place is very convenient, there is many grocery store near by, it’s also close to the high way, and about 15 mins to downtown! It’s bad that there is many places I didn’t go this time, but I will definitely come back to here next time!

Great place in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Minutes from the beach, eateries, and activities. Unit was surprisingly spacious. Back bedroom was away from the living room, which allowed my wife and me to watch TV after putting our baby to bed.. The bathroom had a full tub and lots of towels. The kitchen has a wide assortment of pots, pans, utensils as well as a dishwasher. Of course the washer and dryer were invaluable. The location is excellent. At a somewhat brisk walk, it was about 5-7 minutes to the beach, 20-25 to the pier, and 30 minutes to the third street promenade. So many places to eat and hang out if you're not into driving everywhere. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Parking was fairly easy. Although we never got a spot right in front, the farthest away we had to park was only a 3 minute walk from the unit. One minor gripe: the mattress was firm to the point of being overly stiff. However, so much about this place was great, it is still 5 stars.

Julien was very welcoming and clear with instructions. The place was beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. Was walkable to many restaurants. All amenities were as mentioned in the listing. Would gladly suggest the place to others and would stay again if I get an opportunity.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
