Stan was incredibly responsive. He answered immediately when we had some issues checking in. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

These are the best apartments so far

Fantastic location- walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, beach, Santa Monica pier. Great communication and very clear instructions. Check in and check out was very easy. It’s an older building but well maintained. Could use some extra towels and waters for the apartment so provided that feedback which they appreciated and were very responsive to. Great hosts. Would stay here again and recommend!

Excellent location, walkable to excellent restaurants, pier, very clean & tidy apartment. We had trouble entering apt, but host was very responsive & quick in solving the problem.

The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Toni’s place was exactly as described and perfect for my wife and I. Neat, clean and well appointed. Its neighborhood location couldn’t be better. We had a rental car and never had a problem with parking. Easy walk to groceries, pharmacy, coffee and restaurants. A short drive to many attractions and activities on the west side of LA. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I stayed at Hope House for two weeks while we had some construction done at our home. The Airbnb was clean, beautifully updated, peaceful, and conveniently located in South Pasadena. We enjoyed walking into town for breakfast at Heirloom Bakery and dinner at Mike and Anne’s. We also cooked several of our meals in the lovely, updated kitchen. Craig left a bottle of wine and some other goodies which were greatly appreciated. He was very responsive and helpful when we had questions too. We would highly recommend Hope House to our family and friends or anyone visiting the Pasadena area.

Our family of three stayed 5 nights at Michael's place and it was wonderful experience! Everything was just the same as described and the neighborhood was very chill and safe. Also Michael was a very accommodating host!

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and beautiful. The host was very kind and gave us, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. The home had everything we needed — and even more! One of the best parts was the spacious two-car garage — super convenient. Thank you for the great experience!

My son like this place so much, he even asked me if we could stay more😆😆😆 This place is very convenient, there is many grocery store near by, it’s also close to the high way, and about 15 mins to downtown! It’s bad that there is many places I didn’t go this time, but I will definitely come back to here next time!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I've visited Jelena's place before. It was exactly as described, spacious and luxurious. The doormen are polite and make you feel welcome. Its perfect for couples and solo travelers. There were also very thorough instructions on entry, location, and parking. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend you stay if you can!
