Monthly Rentals in High Point

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. The host had lots of snacks and waters in the kitchen. There was even a frozen pizza in the freezer in case we got hungry. Chocolates on the nightstand and even gum and breath mints. It was such a nice touch since our goal was walking ourselves to death at high point market each day we were there. We never made it to a store to buy anything, and we never needed it. The house was very clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the towels were in abundance. They smelled heavenly too. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one full bath. Downstairs you’ve got a powder bath. We loved it just for the two of us.

I really enjoyed my stay, worth every penny. This is a safe location, in a really quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The air bnb had everything I needed for a month stay. Lindsay was very friendly and responsive , which is very appreciated. Only thing I would mention is the neighbor has a larger dog whose area can see into the yard of the air bnb.. I do have a dog that is rather reactive so we walked around the neighborhood when she needed to go outside. The owners do put the dog back in the house if he barks too much.

I came from NY to visit friends, I love the NC vibe and this place was great. The neighbors were friendly. The beds were comfortable, I was able to sleep really easily and it was spacious. Loved my stay so much!!!

Dave was a terrific host - quick responses to questions and very accommodating to our needs. Condo was very clean and extremely well stocked with anything you might need for a short-term or long-term stay. My only note to future renters is to be aware that this is a 3rd floor condo without an elevator, so pack accordingly. I somehow missed that in the description, and we struggled a bit with heavier items. Otherwise, a perfect stay and convenient to restaurants, etc. Would stay here again if in the area.
