Monthly Rentals in Higbee Beach

We've been going to Cape May 2-3 times per year for 25 years. This was among our best experiences. Lovely bungalow, 10 minutes or less from town center and environmental habitat, great hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy bungalow! The home was well-equipped, very comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for our girls trip. We especially loved the outdoor shower, which was a great bonus after a day at the beach, especially with just one indoor bathroom. The backyard was a lovely spot to relax and unwind in the evenings, and we enjoyed grilling and hanging out together. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and beachy getaway!

Nice private location, while still near all local attractions in Cape May. House was very clean and detail oriented. Host provided excellent communication and check in and check out instructions. Would recommend!

The place was very clean and quiet, which we appreciated. It had everything we needed. Photos were accurate. Beach passes came in handy. We would definitely stay here again!
