Clean and comfortable. Convenient home-base for Cedar Rapids area. Nearby grocery stores and Walmart. Guthridge Park very close by with .8 mile walking loop trail.

Me and the rest of the groomsmen I was traveling with needed a place to crash between events for a wedding. Was super clean and nice, comfiest couch I’ve ever slept on felt like a brand new man afterwards. The queen bed was great the smaller beds weren’t bad (all of us are over 6 feet tall it wasn’t the beds’ fault) the ACs kept up wonderfully with the mid 80s weather and plenty of fans to stay cool as well. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in the area again I will be booking here!

We basically just slept there as we were visiting family. But loved the location, so close to downtown. Didn’t know when we booked that the BBQ Rendezvous was going on in city park only a few blocks away. We had to wander the shops surrounding the square. What a bonus!
