We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

The Barn at Greenacre Farm

Dating back to 1811, our beautiful barn is the perfect location for families, couples, foodies, golfers and nature lovers alike! Close to the stunning North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, this is a great base for exploring and visiting the local attractions. Whether it's a romantic mini-break, a holiday with the kids, or a base for exploring, The Barn offers a characterful, clean & comfortable retreat (and we have a great pub just down the road!) First Carriage, Burgh next Aylsham, North Norfolk

‘First’ is unique and quirky, and is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a beautifully restored railway stock carriage- raised double bed with storage underneath and a pull out coffee table. There is a small kitchen area with fridge, kettle and hob, as well as a bathroom providing a shower, sink and WC. Off road parking is provided and the carriage has its own seating area and fire pit. The carriage is located in a small paddock in a rural village location along with one other carriage

The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

Perfect for couples or families who appreciate spacious open plan living, Little Owl Barn is located in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic market town Aylsham having been renovated in 2023. The property has been finished to a high standard offering comfort and peacefulness whilst maintaining all the original characteristics of an old barn. Here you can take yourself away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax to the sounds of nature.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.
