Germana's place is great to visit Kortrijk : close to the center, we felt like at home. Germana is responsive and lives on the spot, which makes it easy to communicate. At the same time, the place where we staid upstairs (a bedroom with a little sofa, a table and a private separate bathroom) allowed us to have some privacy. The breakfast we shared with Germana and her husband was also a great way to start the day.

Emily is a wonderful hostess who went out of her way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Her breakfasts were generous and always had fresh, new and interesting items to tempt… including cheeky chocolate chunks! The accommodation is also generous with plenty of space and, weather permitting, a lovely garden to enjoy. The position is also excellent, providing easy access to many of Belgium’s cities and attractions if you want to avoid moving from place to place. We highly recommend Emily’s place and plan to return in the future.

Freddy and Claudine made our stay in Bruges truly unforgettable. Their kindness and care shone through in the delicious breakfasts they prepared every morning. Freddy's place is conveniently located near the city centre and it takes 15mins by car. The room not large but was still comfortable for three adults. Everything was well-functioning, especially the spacious bathroom! Freddy and Claudine made us feel right at home, creating a beautiful memory to our Europe trip.

This is a lovely place to stay. Freddy is an excellent host. I strongly recommend this host, his place, and the entire experience. I hope to come back in the future.

Fantastic, quiet location. And that about 10 minutes by bike from the historic center. The welcome was great, cup of soup on arrival. Every morning a delicious and varied breakfast. Riet and Rick are open, welcoming, you feel right at home! The space itself is even more spacious than the listing indicates. Keep in mind a fairly steep, narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom and bathroom. This location is absolutely recommended!

I had a great night at Odette's place. She was a very welcoming and caring host. She made us a delicious breakfast and the atmosphere was warm, at home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and authentic stay. Thank you so much, Odette!

Soothing and relaxing atmosphere with welcoming and friendly hosts

A real guest room: Suzanne welcomes you with a smile, communication goes very well right away, the room without being exceptional is very clean and well equipped and breakfast is hearty and allows a last exchange with Suzanne. The icing on the cake is the beautiful house that has character and is located almost in the centre. If I go back to the area, I'll go back.

Had a lovely time at Ruth’s. Both Ruth and her Partner made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was Fantastic and gave us a great start to the day. Our room was right near the main entrance, which made it easier to not disturb anyone. The room was clean and well furnished and met all expectations. We Sadly had to cut our holiday short by 1 day. Only due to Little one being hard work. Ruth kindly did supply a cot bed for our little one to sleep in which was very kind and helpful. But I would recommend to not take a child of a young age to Ghent. Nearly all the roads are cobbles which does test your patience with a pram. There is lots to do near by within a 15 minute walk in most directions.. Big thank you to them both.

a beautiful room, tastefully decorated like the rest of the common areas. the atmosphere was peaceful, disconnection assured. very large bathroom and all the necessities to have a pleasant time. The quality of the service is at the rendezvous and Marie Odile is very welcoming. she takes care of her guests and puts bcp of energy into it. as promised breakfast is delicious, only homemade or local products. It is absolutely necessary to stop at Marie Odile's if you have to stay in the area. thank you for this beautiful time, Olivia and Raphaël

We were delighted with our stay at this listing. The hosting was particularly warm and thoughtful. The two bedrooms, located side by side, were spacious, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The residence is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. The owner was extremely kind and available throughout our stay. A delicious homemade breakfast was served to us in the morning, a real pleasure. We highly recommend this address and will be happy to come back.

Excellent, super attentive, and super responsive in responding to the message, interested in the events we were doing in the area, I recommend it.

Room was fine, big enough for just sleeping. Bathroom and toilet are a bit dated, but are well functional and were clean. Possibility of dinner, well taken care of. Breakfast was abundant. Kurt was very hospitable, he brought me both festival days and picked me up again at night for a very small fee, where do you find such a great host? Had many nice conversations during dinner and breakfast and to and from the festival.

The location of the room is super nice!Walking distance from the train station and main attractions within 10 minutes, but away from the crowds, by the river, very quiet!There is a very good, no appointment Nepalese restaurant next door (google score 4.9). host was friendly and helped us to store our luggage, coffee maker and drinking water are also provided.It is very convenient to check in with your password.The room is newly furnished and clean.The only downside is that there is no door between the toilet and the room, so the bedroom can smell the toilet.

Ellen’s place is right in the heart of Gent with all the main attractions on your doorstep. Close to public transport and next to a very good coffee shop across the road. It was easy to find with clear instructions on check in/out. It was easy and relatively quick response times if I had any questions. Very clean, cozy and thoughtful amenities. The courtyard is a nice area that is peaceful to sit and relax after a long day of walking while you eat gelato. Good value for your own room and a perfect spot. I would highly recommend staying here and will come back again when visiting Gent again!
