The place itself offers with its unique church with defensive wall, the 1000 year old linden tree, lively club life, supermarket, 24/7 vending machine, restaurants,... also a lot.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. Our cosy 85-square-metre holiday apartment spans two floors and has a separate entrance and its own terrace. It is located at the southern gateway to Franconian Switzerland in Thuisbrunn, only about a 5-minute drive from Gräfenberg. The local Elch Bräu brewery – Gasthof Seitz – is just a few steps away. Thuisbrunn is located right on the well-known Fünf-Seidla-Steig® – perfect for hiking, enjoying the scenery and exploring.
