Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

XL Tiny house in Pieterburen. Close to the world heritage nature reserve, the Wadden Sea. National park Lauwersmeer, national park Drents Friese wold, national park Drentse A. Read a book, run, knit, spin a record or listen to the silence, the birds or each other. You sleep in the master bedroom or in a cozy bedstee or on the loft. On request/for an additional fee, you can use the wood-fired pizza oven and/or hot tub in your private garden! Welcome! Also nice, we work almost purely Ecologically!

Medium hut

Medium hut. De hut is voor max vier personen en heeft eigen sanitair en verwarming. Er zijn twee kleine slaapruimtes: één met een tweepersoonsbed en één met een stapelbed. De leefruimte heeft een open keuken met koelkast, vierpits gasstel, koffiezetapparaat, potten, pannen en servies. Eethoek met een tafel, twee stoelen een bankje, twee luie stoelen. Kussens en 1-p. dekbedden zijn aanwezig. Op het terras staat een vuurkorf. Bed-/badlinnen kan gehuurd worden (10,- /5,- p.p.) of zelf meenemen.

We are pleased to offer this characteristic property in Warffum. Take it easy and enjoy the still undiscovered wide Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area , the infinite polders and the bird(spot)rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!

In het groen en veel ruimte rondom. Wandelroutes als Pieterpad nabij en vervoer naar start-/eindpunt mogelijk. Een half uur vanaf de stad Groningen. In veel weekenden culturele acts.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The Wandelschuur

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)

Unique vacation home with sauna

We would like to share this special house in a fairytale garden with others. The house is tastefully decorated in art deco and is equipped with all the comforts. Also, in addition to the sauna, the house has a large covered terrace and a garden of 700 m². In the forest, summer cooling is the 15-meter-long pond and the view of the Waddenzee dike. From July to September, fruit can be picked in the garden. We offer a unique location with a lot of privacy to unwind.

6-person house near Eemshaven, Employees/Rest Location

Near the industrial site Eemshaven, the spacious 6 pers. house is mainly suitable for resting after a long day of work! House has been rented for a year now to the full satisfaction of the employees. The house is equipped with TV, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and offers enough space to stay alone or with several employees at the same time. The house also has a nice garden to enjoy the beautiful views over the Gr. landscapes.

Girls' room/guest suite in Groninger farmhouse

Where the resident girls used to sleep, a cozy apartment has now been realized. Consisting of a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and with its own entrance, terrace, garden and spacious hallway. Also suitable for renting for a longer period of time. Then other prices apply! It is a beautiful, rural place, one and a half km from the seawall and close to Pieterburen. It's quiet here and really dark at night. Guests especially enjoy the beautiful skies!

Het Witte Huisje

Het Witte Huisje is a cosy and bright holiday home with a quiet location and unobstructed views of the Groningen landscape. The comfortable living room with pallet stove and plenty of daylight invites you to relax. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a neat bathroom. Outside you can enjoy peace, space and greenery – an ideal place to completely unwind.
