Charming York cottage with patio area and parking for 2 cars. Situated in a quiet residential private road with easy access to York centre via the main bus route at the end of the lane, or via a pleasant walk. Close to local pubs, and a shop. 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and retail park. The cottage is fully refurbished with beautifully presented new kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs toilet, new bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. No added extra charges.

You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
