The apartment is as described and corresponds exactly to the pictures. It is top modern furnishings, very clean and has everything you need. Contact with Tom was good, he provided us with all the necessary information in advance and we would recommend the apartment at any time.

We stayed with the whole family in the apartment and felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is really very nice and tastefully decorated without much frills. We would come back:)

I booked Uli's apartment for an employee on business and I received very good feedback from him. The check-in went smoothly and my colleague immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is modern and cozy, as shown in the pictures. The apartment is nicely bright and very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you only have to shop to be able to feed yourself. A discount store is within walking distance. Uli himself is a friendly host and it was a very nice stay. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

We used the accommodation during the Rock im Park Festival and were very satisfied :)

We had a nice girls' weekend at Julia's house. The house is very spacious, there are enough toilets and sleeping places for 6-8 people. The kitchen and dining area are huge and invite you to linger. The house is secluded in the countryside, it is super idyllic and quiet. In 15 minutes you can walk to the village and go shopping and eat there. If you like peace and quiet and enjoy a trip to the countryside, I can recommend Julia's house.

We booked Sylvia's accommodation for our family reunion as we travelled from all directions. It was great to reach by train and car. Everyone had a good room and the 4 bathrooms were also very clean. 👍 The S-Bahn is easy to reach in 5 minutes, perfect for excursions to Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We really liked it and we are already planning our meeting for next year. 100% recommended by us 👍👍

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely stayed in such a well-appointed AirBnB. There were all kinds of play opportunities for the children, both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger in the summer or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlours nearby, and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

We were at the Hexenhäuschen over the Pentecost weekend. The house is very lovingly renovated and furnished. We immediately felt at home. Thanks to the tranquility and beautiful surroundings, we have recovered wonderfully. We will be happy to come back!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cosy garden to play, explore and be creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

An absolute oasis of well-being <3 My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. We wanted to relax, relax and just be to ourselves - it was really just perfect. The house is like a warm hug that invites you to let go and we immediately felt at home. There is enough space for 6 people, the conservatory is a dream and the terrace and garden offer enough space to relax. The sauna is of course a beautiful bonus, overlooking nature. And the fireplace creates a very pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The location is wonderful if you are looking for peace and nature and want to get away from it all. The apartment was just as described: modern, very clean and well equipped. The location is quiet and ideal for families as the Playmobil Funpark is nearby. Only the search for parking can take some time or end in a short walk:) The landlady was very friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt completely comfortable - clear recommendation!

This place was so cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. I was able to cook several meals in the kitchen, which had everything necessary for that. Also loved being able to do laundry. My kids enjoyed the toys and games.
