Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

The non-smoking apartment is located in the attic, is fully furnished and equipped with standard utensils. It is suitable for 1 to max. 3 people. You can safely park your car, motorcycle or bicycles at the house. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Our comfortable apartment is located in Haselünne-Lehrte in a quiet residential area with single-family houses. Our beautiful place is in the heart of Emsland. Here you will find a paradise for relaxing, cycling, fishing or for tours to the nearby Netherlands. But you can also walk to nature in a few steps. We offer you an apartment on the upper floor of our single-family home.

Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet.

Das Haus befindet sich im Ortskern von Berge, der Hünenwanderweg führt Sie direkt am Haus entlang. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Ferienwohnung wird derzeit ein neues Baugebiet erschlossen, so dass es zu Beeinträchtigungen durch Baulärm kommen kann.
