We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Nearby are shops serving daily needs (Penny, Netto). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of a 2-fam. House. The house is situated in a quiet settlement with good connections to downtown. If you like peace and quiet, walking or jogging through the nearby forest, this is the place to be. If you prefer to explore the area or the neighboring cities, the A2, A42 and A43 are quickly in the neighboring cities with an amazing amount of culture, lakes and forests. Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.
