It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each. The gravel driveway is steep - you MUST have a an all-wheel drive.

The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. Beautiful view! The home was very nice and comfortable, quiet neighborhood (there were some roosters but that didn't bother us, it wasn't too loud) Light switches were all labeled, main bed was comfortable. It might have been nice for blackout curtains in the main bedroom, but waking up to that view was amazing! Only one side of the couch reclined, which was fine for us. The hot tub was relaxing, note that the jets weren't very strong, but we still enjoyed it. It is about a 25 minute drive to get to some good restaurants. And you have to drive about 5 minutes to one of the State parks for beach access (there are a few that are really close by!) The place was exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful peaceful stay! We loved our stay and would stay again!

PERFECT stay! Beautiful, cozy, stylish. Easy drive from Seattle. Lots of great hiking a short drive away, and a lovely island to wander. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean, tasteful decor, and good shower pressure with hot water. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and inside in the cute kitchen. Dining room was lovely. Wifi was great for working (briefly thankfully!). The island community center had a pleasant pool, hot tub (little busy, but it was Memorial Day Weekend and everyone was having fun) and sports facilities (tennis, basketball, etc.). Nice fireplace with wood left for our stay. Incredibly good value. Just a perfect, unique, cool stay. Very peaceful and beautiful. We were one couple and two single adults, and it was ideal for us (one bigger primary room, plus two slightly smaller but equally comfortable rooms). Would have fit three couples, or parents and children. Could not say enough great things about this place!! We'll be back!

This was such a lovely place to spend our honeymoon. Surrounded by nature in every direction, waking up to birds chirping and a beautiful lake view. There were so many small details, from extra toothbrushes and a blow dryer in the bathroom to twinkle lights on the patio for a romantic evening outside. Jordyn was so responsive and helpful! Thanks for a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is beautiful, quiet, and private. There is a staircase from the property directly down to the beach. We'd originally planned on visiting the public beaches on the island, but ended up spending the entire weekend at the property as it had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hammock, fire pit, cornhole, and the visiting deer! The air hockey and ping pong tables were also great to have when we needed a break from the sun. Very much recommend Alicia's place and we hope to stay again!

This lake house was a fabulous weekend oasis! We loved paddling around in the little boat and sitting on the doc. The view is so tranquil. We spent hours sitting in the backyard just listening to the birds and watching fish jump!
