Beautiful new penthouse with terrace and swimming pool. It consists of a hall, kitchen open to the living room, beautiful terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a swimming pool and garden on the roof. The master bedroom has a dressing room and private bathroom for 2 people and a double bed. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. It is a newly built penthouse (2019), brand new, all exterior except the bathrooms, with lots of light. Below the building there is a grocery store, and nearby a bakery and a bar.
