Welcome to the heart of the countryside, La Pironnière, a charming, elegant and independent farmhouse in a site inhabited since the 16th century, completely renovated for a comfortable and authentic stay. You will appreciate the stone walls, oak beams, the authenticity of the independent bread oven, the enclosed bed converted into a reading corner. Ideal for a relaxing getaway in a green setting or adventure in nature, benefiting from modern amenities and close to nature or tourist sites

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

The studio, comprising a bedroom (beds made), bathroom (shower and sink, towels provided), kitchenette (electric stove and microwave oven) and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th and 18th century) in a quiet, floral and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
