Our 2-room apartment with bedroom, bathroom/toilet and combined kitchen/living room on the first floor of a single-family home in Maria-Thann is 4 km from Wangen im Allgäu. Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

Apartment in Niederwangen in the Allgäu

The local recreation area of Niederwangen invites you to hike, run and cycle in summer. In winter, it serves as the perfect starting point for winter sports fans due to its proximity to the Allgäu Alps and the cross-country trails right in the village. The nearby Lake Constance, the cities of Lindau (17 km) and Wangen im Allgäu (4 km) offer a variety of sports and excursion possibilities, so that holidays are possible here all year round. Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Caravan "Pauline"

We rent out our caravan at our house. It sleeps two adults (140x200) and two children (bunk beds). The toilet and shower are located in the house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, a sleeping bag or made-up beds and pillows. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Not included in the price is the tourist tax (please pay in cash upon arrival), which provides discounted admission and free bus service. Adults €2.20, children 6-15 €0.70 per day.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located place. In less than a 5-minute walk you are in the middle of the old town of Wangen. You are also welcome to rent bicycles or SUP boards from us to explore the Allgäu with a bike tour or on the water. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in the countryside. The bedroom can accommodate 2 people. The sofa bed in a separate room for another 2 people. Ideal for 2-4 guests.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
