Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Herceg Novi

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a cozy stay. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place with stunning scenery and a thoughtful host, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

Zarko's home is perfect. It has two spacious terraces, one at the front and one at the back. The high-ceilinged living room is filled with sunlight throughout the day, brightening up the entire space. In the garden, there’s a barbecue area nestled among the greenery. Right next to the house, there’s an organic market where we found gluten-free and natural products. Within walking distance, you can find large supermarkets, a pharmacy, beaches, cafes, bus stops, and restaurants. The location is convenient for accessing everywhere, and being directly on the main road made the house easy to find. It’s also wonderful to be able to see the sea from this bright home. We’d like to mention that the bed is new and extremely comfortable. The house is charming, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host, Zarko, was very helpful in every way—a wonderful host, friendly and communicative. We are very grateful to him for making our one-month stay feel like home.

Mima and Neda’s Airbnb was the perfect rustic, mountain getaway. It was tucked away above Kotor, you will need a car to get to and from, but still close enough to drive to nice restaurants and activities. I loved Mima’s communication. We got a little lost headed to the Airbnb, but Mima was very responsive and helped us the whole way. You are definitely getting a rustic experience, our daughter loved playing in the back yard.

Evin konumu çok güzel, old town a 7-10 dk falan yürüme mesafesidir, belki daha yakındır. Hatta old town dan daha yakın yemek ve kahve mekanı var, yakınında bir market var. Evde otopark var , Kotor trafiği ve park yeri problemi olan bir şehir, evi bulmak da çok kolaydı, tabelesı vardı. google mapsteki konum doğru. Ev tertemizdi, Alex ev ile ilgili şeyleri anlattı, o da yan binada yaşıyor, gidilecek yerlerle ilgili bilgi verdi, bizi son gün ücretsiz Tivat havalimanına da bıraktı ✨tekrar teşekkürler Alex

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Fenomenalny widok z apartamentu, łatwe zameldowanie, wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne do życia i do tego świetny basen, który mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko dla siebie 😁 polecam wszystkim! PS. Należy pamiętać, że na zapłacenie podatku turystycznego mamy tylko 2 dni od zameldowania !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Haixi. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, tout est très propre, les instructions sont très claires et Haixi est une hôte très réactive. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Je recommande ce logement !

Amazing apartment — much bigger than it looks in the photos, with beautiful beaches nearby in a very quiet area. Still, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the center at a relaxed pace. Davor is a great host: organized, helpful, and arranged our transfer and more. The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for a few days’ stay.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

This is a very good apartment in Herceg-Novi. It has a fabulous view over to the sea and the balcony is lovely . The hosts let us check in early and leave a little later which was really helpful. There are steps up to the apartment (and through all of Herceg-Novi). While we were there there was a power cut in the town and repairs to the water mains which was inconvenient, but none of that was the fault of the hosts. The apartment is well equipped and clearly a home.

We had a great stay here. It was central , close to great bars and restaurants but also very quiet and peaceful. Communication was great and we felt very safe.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik. Gayet ilgililerdi ve çok düzenliydi ev. Fakat evin fotoğraflarında deniz manzarası varken bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası tamamen karşı otelin çamaşır bölümüne bakıyordu.

Harika bir 3 gün geçirdik ailem ile birlikte. Mükemmel konumda her yere yarım saatlik araba mesafesi hem de tam ortada bir konumda. Temiz bir evdi. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Ilıja bizimle son ana kadar ilgilendi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. :)

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)

We had a great stay in this apartment. The views from the balcony are amazing. Google Maps gets you close to the address provided, but the critical piece for getting there was the instruction from Jovana which was provided as a series of short videos and text. The videos included the approach from the road, where to park and then how to walk up to the apartment. These were perfect. Not sure how else I would have known exactly where to go with the car without them so be sure to use them. The roads in Kotor can be a bit of a maze. You'll know when you get there. But I studied the videos combined with a bit of 'street view' the night before and they were spot on. Once there, everything around Kotor is so close. Overall, a fantastic experience—thank you!

Nikita’s home was so quaint. We loved the decor so much that my family opted to stay in for a few meals. It was very clean and right in the heart of old town which made it easy to enjoy our days and evenings filled with shopping, site seeing and dining. Such a magical time. We miss Kotor already!
