Penthouse apartment with high ceilings, 90 m2. Kitchen with dinning room and large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, hydro-massage shower, two balconies with sea views. One king size bed in master bedroom, two single beds in sleeping room and a pull out sofa in living room. Wooden floors in bedrooms and living room. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). High acoustic and thermal insulation, air conditioning. Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, nice sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
