Holiday rentals with beach access in Herceg Novi

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

This place was magical and beat our high expectations.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Branislava's appartment. The house is very well kept and the view over the bay from the patio was beautiful. The swimming pool was a great bonus after a hot day of sightseeing. The walk to Kotor is about 1 hour but is all on the flat so well worth doing later in the day.

Its 10 steps away from the shore, but still calm and cozy.

I could hear my heartbeat so loudly as I stood on the balcony, taking in the view. It was an amazing feeling—such wonderful emotions!!!

Excellent accommodation near the beach. The apartment is even better than we expected, it is quite large and has everything you need for life. There is a shop nearby, which is very convenient. The hostess Nina was very kind and hospitable and helped us with any of our requests. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you for your hospitality

Zeljko is a very nice person, from our arrival in Herceg Novi, Zeljeko's reception to the neat layout of the room supplies can be seen.It's a few minutes' walk to the beach. By the way, there are two bottles of beer in the fridge, drink pure water, cutlery, induction cooker for your use!

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic host and family. The best location in Kotor and easy travel into the old town. We will be back in no time.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. I had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, greeted me with a hug and showed me around the whole apartment (they even let me borrow a travel adapter for my stay since I’d lost mine). The place itself is in a beautiful quiet location only a few minutes walk from the town and the pool is amazing! Would come back again for sure.

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

Absolutely stunning BnB. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location was also 10/10 with some delicious food right downstairs. Hosts had very clear communication and they also answered any questions we had about Kotor. Absolutely worth every penny paid, and I would suggest that you go for this place if you’re thinking about it!
