The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
