The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Cozy half-timbered house with fireplace by the lake!

Our cozy half-timbered house Marina is the last house in the vacation home settlement above the lake, surrounded by a garden with a wonderful view directly on the field and forest. It is very well maintained, has a large living room (sleeping couch) with open fireplace and a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, two bedrooms and a sleeping loft, so that up to 6 people can spend their holidays in the countryside. The garden with terrace is sunny and quiet with very nice views.

You light the fire under the hot tub in the afternoon, and when it turns cold you sit in the warm water and look out at the mountains above Winterberg. Wellness for the whole family: sauna, hot tub and salt room are yours alone. No fixed hours, no strangers. Your children come too. Our holiday home in the Sauerland has 185 m² for eight, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Dogs are welcome, and we have five DTV stars.
