Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Our pet friendly cottage allows space for your fur friend in our dog enclosure complete with shade from the pecan tree. You’ll enjoy our arcade gaming corner, outdoor seating, and close proximity to Lake Texoma. Make sure to take a stroll downtown on Main St. for local shopping and dining.

Cozy Guesthouse with King Bed

Kick back and relax at this peaceful backyard guesthouse that is centrally-located with easy highway access. Tucked away in a fenced in back yard only 5 miles down the highway from Choctaw Casino and Resort and 20 miles from Lake Texoma - this cozy "bungalow" as we call it, is a hidden gem. It features a king size bed, love seat couch, 55" TV, kitchenette with seating, and a luxurious bathroom. Driveway parking is available. Additional children with own bedding is permitted.
