Living/kitchen, with TV and sofa bed, and terrace of 30 meters (south orientation) to sunbathe and enjoy a good barbecue with family!. Also board games and movies. Meanwhile, on the top floor, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a loft, with a double bed. Also the full bathroom with a bathtub.
