Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way.
