The tenant leaves the cabin in the same condition as on arrival. Cleaning is arranged with the landlord – NOK 600/800 for stays of 3 days or more. Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a lovely beach in Aunvågen about 300m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat located in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used, included. Until September. Must be experienced with boats/have a boating license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must tidy up and clean the cabin after use. Think of those who come after you.

Parking right by the cabin. 20 minutes from the Sæterlia alpine centre and cross-country skiing trails.

My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing(there is a small (tiny) boat available), kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach. Cabin on Hemnkjølen with great views.

Great hiking terrain in both summer and winter. A short distance to mountains and fishing waters. Popular hiking destinations from the cabin are Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Gråfjellet and Omnsfjellet. Connected to the power grid and connected to well water. Approximately 70 minutes from Trondheim (bus stop right by the turn-off to the cabin). In summer, it is a 200-metre walk on planks/path from the car park. In winter, it is about 1.1 kilometres on skis/snowshoes.

Speilet at Grautaneset offers a nature experience a little out of the ordinary where you can unwind and relax. There are no neighbors here, only views and nature as if from a fairy tale. Grautaneset is located at the foot of the spectacular mountain Tustnastabben. On one side you have a view of the lake, on the other side you see straight up the mountain. Bring the one you love with you on this nature experience.
