Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen. It is located in a half-timbered house overlooking the Stiftskirche and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It is about 40 square meters. Living space, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is traveling, a travel crib is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with a table and chairs. It invites you to have breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome, but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, and 20 euros for a longer stay.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Apartment 16 - Cozy and convenient

The apartment is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for a visit to Kassel. It is in the immediate vicinity of large hotels, it is well connected to public transportation and is conveniently located for all visitors who come to Kassel for events in the Auestadion, exhibition halls or ice sports hall. For one to two people certainly also well suited for longer stays, for more guests we would like to point out again that this is a one-room apartment.

Vacation home in North Hesse

Here you can find peace and serenity. The natural garden invites you to linger and the nearby forests invite you to walk and hike. The apartment is located in Helsa, a pretty half-timbered village in North Hesse. Kassel is 16 km away and easily accessible by tram 4 or by car. There are two supermarkets. One of them with a meat, cheese and bread counter, a doctor, dentist, pharmacy, as well as a gas station with a shop for the essentials. Dogs are welcome.

The location is an ideal starting point for visiting Kassel with its museums, parks, the Documenta and the fairs, but also to the half-timbered town of Melsungen, Lake Edersee or the animal parks in Knüllwald or Sababurg. From here you can take wonderful hikes in fantastic scenery. Whether as a romantic or simply cozy stay as a couple, with friends or with the family, this is the right accommodation on a beautiful farm complex with an idyllic garden.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

The cottage is quietly located between pasture and the edge of the forest, right by the Hoher Meissner hiking area. 7.5 km from the Heilbad Sooden-Allendorf an der Werra. On 60 m² there are two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a cozy fireplace and sofa bed as well as a well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
